Unipak Net Wrap Product Range
All the Unipak net wrap products are manufactured under very strict quality control standards. We have a proven track record for high reliability and durability. Our net wrap is regularly used in the most harsh and extreme of Australian conditions; in North Queensland, Western NSW, Northern Territory, South Australia, North West WA and Tasmania. We produce our bale netwrap with a high level of UV stability for Australian conditions and we guarantee it.
How is our net wrap constructed
All of our net wrap is constructed from the same strong and enduring HDPE materials throughout the entire design. During the manufacturing process, the master batch, raw materials and UV stabilisers are exacted to the same quality standard every single time. The end result is a net wrap range that performs extremely well all the time, across all round baling machine types, and produces consistency and longevity season after season.
Whatever crop type or fodder material you are baling, our round bale net wrap products possess excellent tensile strength, sufficient elongation and great width coverage, making it easy to use and producing great quality round bales. And our high-quality net wrap range all come in guaranteed roll lengths.
Coming in 3 widths; ‘side to side’ 1.23m width / spreading from one bale edge to edge on the opposite side, ‘wide edge’ 1.25m width to suit Welger round balers. Lastly ‘over the side’, which cover edge sides of the bale with its 1.3m width, is more to suit machines such as John Deere round balers, Unipak provides you with a smooth run net wrap product that works well for all applications and for all round baling machines.
How to Choose a Net Wrap

We do suggest using a suitable number of wraps according to crop type, conditions, transport and storage, to best allow protection of your hay straw and silage resources. We recommend 3 x round for 4’6” silage bales, 4 x round for 5’ hay bales, and 5x round for 4’ hay bales. Add more to suit extreme conditions, compression or extremes in temperature.
Wherever you are, we are able to supply via one of our distributors nationally. We have depots in each of the major Australian capitals and can deliver promptly to any rural or metro region of Australia.

Eco-Net SILAGE ONLY Bale Net
UniPak is very proud to present Eco-Net Bale Net, a netwrap product that helps you save $ on your silage baling expenditure, while also helping to save the environment. UniPak Eco-Net is the world’s first commercialised bale net made 100% from recycled HDPE resins. This environmentally-friendly net wrap is proof that recycling is possible with a bit of effort and good conscience, while also having the benefit of delivering a saving for our trade partners.
This net is specially designed for silage bales only and requires a silage film overwrapping.
With Eco-Net we guarantee all standards – length, high tensile strength while the product also carries the benefit of a universal fit to all balers, with both 1.23m and 1.3m widths available.
The entire packaging of Eco-Net – the material itself and the core – is made of recycled materials.
